Rocket French is a popular and highly recommended course. The course costs $99.95, but here’s what you get. 31 Audio tracks with transcripts of the conversations. They average about 20 minutes long. Also, there are 45 grammar lessons with explanations and audio. There is software that comes with it to help learn vocabulary and another program that deals with verbs, another with audio clips for you to practice your listening skills. It looks like quite a bit of value for the price. They give a 60 day guarantee and from what I see they have a low rate of returns, so that looks promising. I haven’t tried it myself, but it’s on my list.
