Cherokee of California have a good site with some introductory Cherokee Language lessons, including an introduction to their syllabary, Cherokee fonts, animal dictionary and a history of the Cherokee language.

This page at Lulu.com includes a Cherokee language audio course that can be downloaded. 6 of the lessons can be downloaded for $10 here. There are other parts available through the first link.
